Our client wanted to understand the market opportunity for shelf-stable plant-based ready meals in the US. They then wanted help to develop and execute on a GTM strategy for their products.

We delivered an in-depth market and competitive analysis to determine the best strategy for commercialization. We also produced a robust revenue model that mapped out all costs associated with running the business both in retail and DTC. We worked with selected partners to develop the website on Shopify and engage with customers through email marketing and paid media.
