Objective: Our client needed to understand the global landscape for plant-based proteins and wanted a deep dive into which proteins were currently being produced as concentrates, which were being produced at scale, and what companies were producing them.

Deliverables

We delivered an in-depth Excel model that assessed the viability of each plant-based protein based on twenty defined parameters for success, including pricing, scale of production, product sustainability, and consumer perception of the ingredients.
